JOB POSITION OPPORTUNITY

The position of the Principal of Trungram International Academy (TIA) is now open for the candidates:

TIA is one of the best educational service providers since 1995 in Nepal. It is a part of UTBF establishment, which is dedicated to the enlightenment and education of people worldwide.

Our search committee invites applications from visionary, dedicated, dynamic, competent, and experienced individuals with patience and passion for students. The interested candidates should have strong leading capacity, motivating charisma and good communication skills for the post. 

Post – Principal

The candidate must have:

• Masters Degree ( in English, Education, Mathematics, Science or Sociology) or Ph.D in relevant field from a recognised University.
• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as good command over ICT
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
• 2 years as Principal or Academic Director experience at a A Grade 10+2 or College
• In-depth knowledge of modern teaching methodology, curriculum development, and creative and critical thinking of students
• A successful track record in managing and developing a private school
• Excellent communication skills, administrative capability, integrity, resiliency, and leadership quality
• A strong motivation to associate with the school for longterm

Type of Appointment- Contract basis for four years. (Tenure can be extended if performance is satisfactory.
